Canadian Classics
Grain elevators are common trackside structures along the lines that stretch across the vast wheat fields of western Canada. These two custom “prairie skyscrapers” from Models By Mark feature the names of two Alberta towns.
Move In Ready!
Kathryn Asbahr scratchbuilt this gorgeous mid-century modern house that features real glass in the windows. This classic 1950s residence will join a series of houses that Kathryn has built for her O scale layout.
Build To Suit
Are you ready for the National Model Railroad Build Off 2021? Poster @buffalolinemodeler is making progress on his contest entry. Click on the white arrow to see another view of the scene, and learn more this year’s contest at www.walthers.com/nmrbo21.
A Block in Baltimore
One of the best ways to establish a setting on a model railroad is to use the signature architecture of a chosen locale. Matthew Hankins nailed it with these Baltimore rowhouses. Complete with a bar on the corner, Matthew truly captured the spirit of Fell’s Point in the 1950s.

We hope you enjoy these scenes and discussions as much as we enjoy bringing them to you! Check out our newest announcements in the recent New Product Express video.
